- Made of food grade stainless steel, the meat probe accurately monitors the meat temperature or ambient temperature inside your pellet smoker/grill. The tip of the probe tube can be run under a tap or cleaned with a damp rag.
- Induction Fan: Works with all models of Traeger grills and Pit Boss wood pellet grills (EXCLUDING PTG).
- The thermometer probe can withstand temperatures up to 1000°F (500°C), the stainless steel cable can withstand temperatures up to 718℉（380℃）.
